NZ Steel Apprentice of the Year Awards

Apprentice of the Year winner James Thomas with NZ Steel General Manager
Electrical Apprentice of the Year Quintin Cameron

New Zealand Steel held its annual Apprentice of the Year awards ceremony on Tuesday 16th February 2016.  Among this year’s award recipients were etco* apprentices Quintin Cameron (Waiuku), who received the NZ Steel Electrical Apprentice of the Year award and James Thomas (Waiuku), who won the IMC award.

NZ Steel also recognises, across all the trades involved, the apprentice that has displayed the most promise during their apprenticeship. This year the honour was given to etco* apprentice James Thomas who was presented with the overall Apprentice of the Year cup.

Well done to all that participated in this worthwhile event.
